Privacy Policy

• Account details — your email address, and a password stored only as a hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile.
• What you create — the topics and prompts you enter, the generated scripts, images, voiceovers and videos, and the settings attached to each project.
• Billing records — your plan, credit balance and transaction history. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Connected accounts — access tokens for services you link: YouTube, TikTok or Google Drive. Refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.
• Usage and diagnostics— pages visited, features used, and error reports, so we can find and fix faults. PostHog and Sentry keep an identifier in a cookie or your browser's local storage to do this.

To run the service — generating your videos, keeping your projects, charging the right number of credits, and publishing to accounts you connect. Also to detect abuse, to keep the service reliable, and to answer you when you get in touch.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts or videos to train our own models.

Running VibeClip means sending some data to service providers. The material ones:

• Google (Gemini), OpenRouter, Replicate — receive your prompts and reference material to generate scripts, images and voiceovers.
• RunPod — renders the finished video.
• Cloudinary — stores and serves generated images, audio and video.
• Supabase — hosts the database and authentication.
• Stripe — processes payments.
• DigitalOcean, Trigger.dev — host the application and run background generation jobs.
• PostHog, Sentry — product analytics and error reporting.
• Google (YouTube, Drive) — only when you connect them, and only to publish or back up what you asked us to.
• TikTok — only when you connect it, and only to post what you asked us to.

These providers operate in various countries, so your data may be processed outside Singapore. Each has its own privacy terms and handles the data on our instructions.

VibeClipuses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel, Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

• What we access— your channel's id and name, and permission to upload videos and set their thumbnails.
• How we use it— only to upload the videos you choose to publish, with the title, description, tags and schedule you set. We don't read your other videos, comments or analytics.
• What we store— the encrypted access token, and each post's video id, link and status, so a video isn't posted twice.
• Sharing — none. Your YouTube data is not shared with anyone beyond the providers listed above that run the service.
• Removing access — disconnect in Settings, or revoke VibeClipon Google's security settings page. Deleting your account deletes the stored token.

Projects and generated media stay until you delete them or close your account. Deleted videos go to trash first and are removed from storage when purged. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Diagnostic logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded.

• Download any video you have generated, at any time.
• Delete individual projects and videos from the app.
• Download a copy of your data, or delete your account and everything in it, from Settings.
• Disconnect YouTube, TikTok or Google Drive from settings, which revokes our access going forward.
• Ask for a correction, or for help with any of the above, by emailing [email protected].

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as objecting to processing or lodging a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. No service can promise perfect security; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you as required by law.

VibeClip is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
